LiFePO4 Prismatic cells are constructed using large sheets of anodes, cathodes, and separators, which are layered, rolled, and compressed to fit within a metallic or rigid plastic housing in a cubic configuration. Alternatively, the electrodes can be assembled through layer stacking. Lithium prismatic cells come in single-row or two-row modules, with the arresters consistently positioned on the same side, regardless of the row.

These cells can be connected using adhesive bonding through welding, with busbars and support plates, or traction/form-fit connections involving screwing or latching. Another method is utilizing hole-busbars as a bridge. Additionally, prismatic cells can be affixed through gluing, requiring a lightweight and flexible joining medium to prevent the formation of air pockets.

• Upon request, we offer wooden packing for shipping to accommodate customer preferences.
