Our connection bar boasts high purity, impeccable organization, and minimal oxygen content, ensuring

exceptional electrical conductivity. Precision surface molding, directionless profile post-heat treatment,

and compatibility with fine punching make it versatile. This material excels in thermal conductivity,

processing, ductility, corrosion resistance, and weather resistance, making it ideal for welding and brazing.

Composed of 99.9% pure copper tape/strip/foil.

95mm, 100mm, 105mm. Customized sizes are accepted.

 

To ensure the safety and reliability of the system, it is often necessary to use insulating adhesive on Busbars.

• Insulation: Adhesive on Busbars prevents current leaks and short circuits, enhancing safety.
• Protection: Adhesive shields Busbars from corrosion and external damage, extending lifespan.
• Performance: Specially designed adhesives improve electrical performance.

*Insulating adhesive needs to be purchased separately.

 

Various execution methods for expansion shunts include:

Inert-gas-welded aluminum and copper expansion shunts, utilizing lamellas (foils).
Pressure-welded copper expansion shunts, formed by welding copper foils under pressure and heat.
Pressure-riveted copper expansion shunts, where copper foils' contact areas are riveted with copper

sheet and pressed.Standard lamella widths:

38 mm – 48 mm – 58 mm – 78 mm – 98 mm – 118 mm – 150 mm – 200 mm

(other dimensions available).

Lamella thickness: 0.1 mm, 0.2 mm, or 0.3 mm

Shunt Thickness: 5 mm to 40 mm (other dimensions available)
